Zusammenfassung

n=339 MS-Patienten mit zentralem neuropathischem Schmerz, THC/CBD-Spray (Sativex) als Add-on vs. Placebo über 14 Wochen; primärer Endpunkt (≥30% Responder, Woche 14) verfehlt (50% THC/CBD vs. 45% Placebo, p=0.234), jedoch signifikant zu Woche 10 (p=0.046). Randomized-Withdrawal-Phase: Zeit bis Treatment-Failure signifikant zugunsten THC/CBD (24% vs. 57% Placebo, p=0.04); Schmerzreduktion (NRS p=0.028) und Schlafqualität (p=0.015) signifikant verbessert.
